Your tutor will walk you through the process step by step, starting with an overview of different pottery making methods so you get a real sense of the craft before getting your hands into the clay. No prior experience is needed – just curiosity and a willingness to get stuck in.
By the end, you'll have a genuine understanding of how a pot comes together from raw clay to a finished piece that can hold water and food – and the quiet satisfaction of knowing you made it yourself.
