Populus Tea Studio is dedicated to sharing the beauty of Taiwanese tea and the refinement of its craftsmanship, expressed through tea rituals and appreciation practices developed in Taiwan during the 1970s. Through this tradition, we guide guests on a multi-sensory tea journey — engaging sight, aroma, taste, and even the subtle sound of tea being prepared. Graceful and composed, yet never distant, this is the spirit with which we serve tea.The host, Wen, is a trained Taiwanese tea specialist with a certificate granted by the Tea Research and Extension Station from the Taiwanese government.
