  • 5/5 from Debbie, attended Dec 2025: I joined the sip and paint party with no expectation, but WOW was I surprised at how well I did. I loved it all, the evening was friendly and fun, relaxed and the tutor led us through the painting. At times I could see some people not keeping up, but personally I was OK with the pace. I would definitely recommend attending as its a fun evening, go with no expectations on yourself and you will be surprised at what you produce.
  • 4/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Dec 2025: Myself and my friend decided to attend a brush party together having recently attended one separately. We were excited for the christmas theme! Materials etc were perfect, canvas holders very sticky causing paint to easily rip off. The teacher went far too fast, if this was my first brush party I wouldn't be going back due to the stress of having to keep up and the pressure of asking her to repeat steps, I know we weren't alone with this as others too were commenting on how hard it was to keep up. An example of this was fixing the background, the teacher was already on the stars, she asked where was all ws and I said just finishing this and the comment was 'always one' The class was meant to finish at 10, we finished at 9:10, that shows you how fast it was!
  • 4/5 from Siân-Marie de Angelis, attended Dec 2025: It was a really fun evening, and I love my Christmas Gonks!
  • 4/5 from J Nash, attended Dec 2025: It was good but was a bit rushed a slower pace would have been easier The first session we did was much better
  • 5/5 from Joanna Hartlen, attended Sep 2025: Great Class with lovely Laura. Excellent guidance from Laura in what was quite a tricky painting. Loved that we did the background and had a break to allow that to dry before getting to the next step. Timings were really good and I'm pleased with the end result.
  • 5/5 from Liz Harbord, attended Sep 2025: Great evening painting the Peacock. Was lovely using the gold paint!! Easy to follow the instructions.
  • 5/5 from Orion Barker, attended Sep 2025: I go every month with my pals, choosing the design we like best out of those hosted near us. We're always spoiled for choice! The teachers are always very patient and helpful, and we always have a ton of fun. Since the classes are always booked to capacity with limited space in the venue, it can get a little cramped sometimes, but they do their best with any accommodations they can help with and never make it feel awkward if you have any additional needs.
  • 5/5 from Natalie Bartrum, attended Sep 2025: The materials supplied were great and the teacher was very patient and guided the event seamlessly.
  • 4/5 from Samantha Parkins, attended Sep 2025: I took part in the party because I wanted to paint the peacock as a present for my Mum as I know she likes peacocks. I was alone as my friends were busy. It was easy to follow and I enjoyed learning tips from the teacher. The only thing I would change if I came again is my seating position. I am left handed and had to work across myself. I’ll ask to sit at the other end of the table next time.
  • 4/5 from Sue Matthews, attended Aug 2025: This was a lovely relaxing evening. Easy to follow and a lovely pic to do. Teacher was lovely and helpful. The only negative is that the brushes could be better quality. It was difficult to get fine lines because they were splayed at the ends even when we rolled them. I heard several people saying the same. They said, I’d still recommend. Lovely evenings fun.
  • 5/5 from Heather M E Gibbons, attended Jul 2025: We both really enjoyed our class. We were both so pleased with our paintings. Every step was so well demonstrated and explained. Would definitely do another painting class

  • 5/5 from Miss Nicola J Burton, attended May 2025: A brilliant night. Teacher was helpful and went through each stage slowly and demonstrated each step. A really fun night can't wait to do another. We painted cornflower power, and to watch it come alive on the canvas was fascinating

  • 4/5 from Gerri Roads, attended May 2025: It was a very enjoyable evening. Nice venue. Friendly crowd. Enjoyed the music. The equipment was okay. The tutor was very nice, but it felt a little rushed and more guidance/advice would have been appreciated. She wasn’t always clear with instructions and an opportunity to practice before starting the canvas wound have been useful.
