  • 5/5 from Paskal Stoyanov, attended Sep 2026: Great all around! The instructor was well prepared, lighting was good and the atmosphere was calm and cosy. I would love to come again!
  • 3/5 from Anne Mertens, attended Sep 2026: The result was a nice painting, thanks
  • 4/5 from Linda Hollingsworth, attended Aug 2026: I likes how my painting. However I think there us need for at least 1 support person for the instructor. Admittedly I was a bit late and got the rear of the class and the instructor was at a pace. I couldn't see and hear clearly. I had to enquire from others. Also The room was too dark.
  • 5/5 from Gina Flavelle, attended Dec 2025: Works Social club organised. Natalie was wonderful and full of great tips. Venue is good and supplies plentiful. Paintings were so varied but all so beautiful.
  • 5/5 from Julia Greenhalf, attended Dec 2025: I managed something that I really didn't expect to achieve, thanks to Natalie
  • 4/5 from Letitia Powell, attended Dec 2025: Went for an early Christmas gift. Was a nice painting to do overall but felt quite rushed. The venue was nice and the atmosphere was good!
  • 5/5 from Gina Flavelle, attended Sep 2025: Annabel was great and creative, giving us lots of ideas and options for Sailing into the Sunset. Even paced throughout the evening with lots of check ins to see how everyone was doing.
  • 4/5 from Andrea Styles, attended Jul 2025: An enjoyable evening. I like the venue, it works well having the secluded area. However, I was a bit disappointed with the teacher this time (I’ve been a couple of times before), he went really quickly, I couldn’t see what he was doing and he didn’t really stand back to show us what he’d done periodically. I felt like he wanted to get it done and assumed that everyone knew how to paint. My 2 previous teachers had explained much more clearly what to do. Having said that my friends and I still had a good time and would go again.
  • 3/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Jul 2025: Very cramped. Seats were literally back to back and so tight next to one another.
  • 4/5 from Craig Desmond, attended Jun 2025: 21st birthday pressie Nice piccies. Teacher was lovely Venue was too hot. Right by carvery Liked the painting experience

  • 4/5 from Cassandra Casey-Clothier, attended Apr 2025: This was a Christmas gift. I've been before and hope that each time I improve. This was more a landscape picture and I am always amazed that I am able to produce anything resembling the art teachers picture so I at least managed to do that. Would definitely go again
  • 4/5 from Rebecca Janaway, attended Apr 2025: We had a great evening, thanks so much. Teacher was helpful and informative, materials all good.

  • 4/5 from Hannah Hutchings-Hay, attended Feb 2025: Great class, loved painting along with the instructor! Highly recommend as a fun activity, even if you don’t think you can paint - you’ll be surprised! Felt a bit fast on a couple of occasions and we had to catch up.
  • 5/5 from Brie Tustin, attended Jan 2025: Went with a group of friends who were convinced their paintings would never turn out like the example. Half way our paintings looked rather suspect! By the end we had amazing peacocks that all looked amazing and exactly like the example. We all loved it and had a great evening.
  • 5/5 from Anusha Pari, attended Jan 2025: Great tutor, very clear and enthusiastic. Would do it again for sure. Thank you for your patience
  • 5/5 from Melissa Lambourne, attended Jan 2025: My friend gave me a gift voucher for my birthday. I learnt how to paint a beautiful peacock on Canvas. The teacher was fabulous! She gave step by step detailed instructions. The venue and materials were great. I loved that I was with my bestie, creating fun memories And was proud that I created a fabulous piece of artwork that I could show my family.
  • 5/5 from Colette Edlin, attended Jan 2025: Fabulous evening with a super instructor. One of the best I’’ve had. Chara. Xx
  • 5/5 from Cassandra Casey-Clothier, attended Nov 2024: It was a Christmas theme with 3 gnomes. This was a birthday gift which I finally booked. The teacher was great and encouraging. The location of the venue was fine and the vibe appropriate but space was limited and very cramped though a few didn't attend and if they had it would have been very squashed. For me it was seeing something through from inception and bringing it to life step by step. Pluas doing something creative and stimulating with my son.
  • 4/5 from Carol Moor, attended Nov 2024: Loved the picture. Loved mixing the colours. Understanding more about the different paint qualities. Good explanations, but very intensive time-wise. Only one break and still challenging to fit it all in. Good support re more paint, pallettes etc. But also very cramped in the venue and lighting very shadowy over the sample end result, making it more difficult to see. I haven't encountered that problem before in that venue. Still a very enjoyable evening. Good crowd.
  • 4/5 from Paula Harrison, attended Nov 2024: Took my husband and it was fun, teacher was great, not her fault but some people were super slow so we ran over and last bit seemed rushed
  • 3/5 from Viv McMillan, attended Nov 2024: While the session was fun, I felt the environment was less than satisfactory. There were way too many people packed into the allocated space - many more than the last one I went to there. It was nigh on impossible to get in and out of the area once you'd sat down. The place settings were just too small and cramped - no room for even a drink - and I was sat way too close to my painting - with a wall behind me. At first thecpace was fine but thecleader began to rush after the break as she was behind schedule. So I missed instructions and had to rush to try to catch up which took the joy out of tge whole thing. And as I didn't really know what I was doing having missed the instructions I began to give up and stopped trying or caring. There really wasnt enough support - for example in the sizing of the Gonks' noses - which turned out to be crucial- my whole pucture was ruined because the noses were way too small. Last time the assistant was available for us to ask such questions but this time I couldnt even see her most of the time - she couldn't walk about and be available to us because there was no way to reach us through the chairs without making everyone stand up to let her through. I found the whole thing less enjoyable because of these things and actually quite frustrating as I now have a painting that isn't the best I could have done and will be thrown away.
  • 2/5 from Jennie Franklin, attended Nov 2024: I had a great evening yesterday, the people that attended were all nice and the two ladies hosting the class were really helpful. The venue on the other hand wasn't the best. We were all squashed in one area. The lighting was poor as there was spot lighting which made the area quite dark.so was very hard to follow the lady. The ladies running the evening dealt with the situation as best they could
  • 5/5 from Valerie Corrigall, attended Oct 2024: Great Teacher. All materials provided. The end result was brilliant. Lovely evening with my friend.
  • 3/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Oct 2024: Disappointed to not be taught to paint the same painting that is advertised on the website, but a much simpler version. This varies depending on the teacher. Otherwise good fun
  • 5/5 from Andrea Styles, attended Sep 2024: I came with my son and daughter, it had been a gift for her birthday. It was a great evening which we all enjoyed. Good clear instructions which even I as a novice could follow and I was pleased and surprised at the results! Music playlist was great too. Will definitely do again
  • 5/5 from Elizabeth Hunter, attended Sep 2024: I thoroughly enjoyed the evening painting, zoning into the there and now with no stress.
  • 5/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Sep 2024: Really enjoyed learning a new skill. We had fun and the teacher was fab! Easy to follow and made it fun. Love the music too! We are looking forward to next event - thank you
  • 5/5 from Amanda Bone, attended Sep 2024: Tonight myself and family painted the sunflowers with Katie, she was fantastic and went at a pace that flowed really well, she picked up times when people were struggling and helped, she was very clear with her instructions and made the whole experience enjoyable and we all came out with paintings that we were happy with! Thank you!
  • 5/5 from Hilary Shepherd, attended Sep 2024: No occasion just a get together and I wasn’t sure about it tbqh But i would like to say I loved it! Our teachers were lovely The venue was a bit cramped The materials were very good but there wasn’t any room to spread out a little We painted sunflowers It was very good value for money The other painters on our table were very nice and friendly x
  • 5/5 from Carol Moor, attended Aug 2024: Pleasant evening, though very warm and close following storms. Quite tight for space inside, but we were able to rearrange and improve that. Nice breaks outside very welcome. Clear instructions, good support.
  • 5/5 from Jean Nunn, attended Aug 2024: Teacher was great…. Focussed, clear and helpful. It was particularly good when she repeated some things when we were getting tired and some of us were a little behind in the steps. Yes… I learned a lot…. Acrylics aren’t always the easiest medium to work in, but I enjoyed using them like watercolours initially then realised putting them in thickly allowed for great mixing and effects. Yes, I liked the materials. I just need to learn to not mix the paint a lot because it becomes almost frothy and stays on the brush more. Very hard to do thin lines if paint consistency wrong. A little help there at the start about how to mix the paints would be good. The class was good value for money and a great way to introduce people to painting. The venue was fine. It was so good to sit fine and with quickly and achieved completed painting…. Even for me who can end up taking ages, then fiddling about with little brushes if left to it…. But hey…. I did it!!!! And it was so helpful to have the other team member topping us up with extra paint if we needed it. It was all very efficient and brilliantly organised…. Thank you. Thank you lots and lots. ️
  • 5/5 from Lianne Yeardley, attended Aug 2024: Fantastic experience will definitely be booking again! Have already shared and invited with friends and family.
  • 4/5 from Sue Walker, attended Aug 2024: Katie and her assistant were very attentive. Katie explained every step well and was very helpful. The venue was fine, if a little hot. I think the paints could have been of a better quality. Personally, I was a little disappointed with the subject as I prefer a little more structure, but I still had a good time.
  • 4/5 from Bonnie Rosengarten, attended Aug 2024: Teacher friendly Venue too small. Or too many people in small space. Claustrophobic. Some of thepaints were poor quality. Particularly the yellow. It was fun though. I’ve done 4 classes now
  • 5/5 from Rosemary Lyle, attended Jun 2024: The class was well led and we were really pleased with our end results. Looking forward to booking another one soon.
  • 5/5 from Ms C Nurse, attended Jun 2024: Teacher was very good, Explained very well what we should do, how to mix the colours, how to use the brushes. Relaxed and good fun. Thank you
  • 5/5 from Wendy Davies, attended Jun 2024: Teacher very good. A bit pricey for size of painting. Venue OK a bit nosiey but could hear her through the microphone.
