  • Saunders Waterford 1/2 imperial rough paper stretched.
  • A selection of paintbrushes in sizes 10, 16 and 30.
  • Watercolour paints (colours needed: Prussian blue, cobalt blue, rich sepia, alizarin crimson, cadmium yellow, raw sienna, turquoise, light red, intense violet, lemon yellow).
  • Pencil.
  • Water.
  • Kitchen roll.

Working mainly in watercolour, but also acrylic inks and mixed media, Marilyn won the SAA artist of the year title in 1999. She has exhibited at the RI in the Mall galleries’ and appeared on Channel 4’s watercolour challenge.
