Order on or before 21 Oct, for a discounted price of £22.40 per guest (usually £28).

Join a Hobbycraft Colleague one-to-one and ask any questions you have about your Cricut machine! Stuck on a project? Need help with Design Space? Trying to get to grips with using a new material? Our craft expert will share tips and techniques tailored to you.

This is suitable for all Cricut users, providing the opportunity to get all the answers you need about your machine. Whether you’re crafting with a Maker, a Joy, Joy Xtra or an Explore machine, you’ll be able to get excellent insight for all kinds of projects. It’s a great way to get a feel for your new machine or learn about features you’re not as confident with yet.
During the booking process, you’ll have the opportunity to let your Hobbycraft Colleague know what you would like to focus on during the session. They’ll be able to prepare for a personalised workshop that answers all of your questions.
You’re sure to walk away a Cricut crafting pro, ready to start making your next big project!

Bring a friend: You can now use the £5 add-on feature at checkout to invite a friend along with you, whether you’re working on a project together or you’d simply prefer having some company during the session. Your friend can enjoy any demonstrations given, and they are free to ask questions, but they will not receive the same practical, direct one-to-one support as is offered to the lead participant.

Please note: If you would like to discuss the Foil Transfer Tool, Knife Blade, “Print Then Cut” feature, “Curved Text” feature or “Offset” we would recommend that you book on to one of our online one-to-one Cricut workshop sessions as we are currently unable to demonstrate these features in-store due to them being for the desktop version of Design Space only.

Please note, our workshop spaces in some stores are located in open areas and we will endeavour to minimise interruption from other crafters.

Keeping everyone safe

At Hobbycraft, we want our workshops to be enjoyable, inclusive, and safe for everyone. Some workshops are suitable for children, and where this is the case, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising their child at all times unless the workshop is clearly stated as suitable for independent attendance. Our colleagues and instructors are there to guide the activity and support a safe environment, and if any concerns about safety or wellbeing arise during a workshop, these should be raised with a member of staff straight away.

  • 5/5 from Carol Dove, attended Sep 2026: The class was a gift from my daughters. I needed assistance with the smart materials for the Maker 4. Natasha was brilliant. Turns out I wasn’t doing anything wrong but the materials thar came with my machine are not the correct size. We were getting an error message. It was good to know that it wasn’t something I was doing. Natasha is going to contact Cricut but a so am I. I really enjoyed the discussions with Natasha. It was fabulous talking things through with someone who has as much passion as me for using the equipment.
  • 4/5 from Ikki Bhogal, attended Sep 2026: The class was good but felt there wasn’t enough time, maybe the session should be an hour and a half. There was a lot to take in. The tutor was good she knew her stuff.
  • 5/5 from Sarah Ellison, attended Jul 2026: I had an amazing one-hour Cricut lesson with Natasha today, and I can’t believe how much I learned in such a short time! She explained everything so clearly, was incredibly patient, and made even the more complicated features easy to understand. Natasha is so knowledgeable and has a fantastic way of teaching that gives you confidence to try things yourself. I came away feeling inspired, excited, and so much more confident using Cricut than I was before. Thank you so much for such a brilliant session—I can’t wait to put everything I’ve learned into practice!
  • 5/5 from Jeniffer Makau, attended Apr 2026: Rebecca is ace! She was super great in the workshop as she has wealth of information spanning many years. I am a crafter but not used a Cricut machine and through the workshop, I am confident about the machine I will buy. We did a demo and I made my piece into a card! After practice on my machine O can't wait to book another workshop to exchange ideas. Thanks Rebecca!
  • 5/5 from Suzanne North, attended Mar 2026: I knew nothing about cricut or design space but now have the confidence to start playing and adventuring with easy designs as a start off. Will definitely book another session as I advance further.
  • 4/5 from Jane Townend, attended Mar 2026: Rebecca was great during the 1-1, really listened to what I said that I'd like out of the class and the projects that I planned to do and tailored the class to that. It was unfortunate that the ipad was so slow on design space and then wouldn't connect to any of the machines for a long time. However, Rebecca didn't rush the class at all and allowed me the time we needed. Thank you for an informative lesson and all of your tips and advice!

  • 5/5 from Lesley Jackson, attended Oct 2025: I had a great class my teacher was so knowledgeable and a great help she explained things clearly and slowly. I took a lot of ideas and things to work on with lots of helpful tips. I would definitely recommend going to one of the classes as we spend a lot of money on theses machines I don’t want mine to gather dust so I will practicing now working through things slowly and accepting that mistakes will happen but that is how I will learn more. Thank you hobby craft for a great experience.
