Order on or before 21 Oct, for a discounted price of £22.40 per guest (usually £28).

Join a Hobbycraft Colleague one-to-one and ask any questions you have about your Cricut machine! Stuck on a project? Need help with Design Space? Trying to get to grips with using a new material? Our craft expert will share tips and techniques tailored to you.

This is suitable for all Cricut users, providing the opportunity to get all the answers you need about your machine. Whether you’re crafting with a Maker, a Joy, Joy Xtra or an Explore machine, you’ll be able to get excellent insight for all kinds of projects. It’s a great way to get a feel for your new machine or learn about features you’re not as confident with yet.
During the booking process, you’ll have the opportunity to let your Hobbycraft Colleague know what you would like to focus on during the session. They’ll be able to prepare for a personalised workshop that answers all of your questions.
You’re sure to walk away a Cricut crafting pro, ready to start making your next big project!

Bring a friend: You can now use the £5 add-on feature at checkout to invite a friend along with you, whether you’re working on a project together or you’d simply prefer having some company during the session. Your friend can enjoy any demonstrations given, and they are free to ask questions, but they will not receive the same practical, direct one-to-one support as is offered to the lead participant.

Please note: If you would like to discuss the Foil Transfer Tool, Knife Blade, “Print Then Cut” feature, “Curved Text” feature or “Offset” we would recommend that you book on to one of our online one-to-one Cricut workshop sessions as we are currently unable to demonstrate these features in-store due to them being for the desktop version of Design Space only.

Please note, our workshop spaces in some stores are located in open areas and we will endeavour to minimise interruption from other crafters.

Keeping everyone safe

At Hobbycraft, we want our workshops to be enjoyable, inclusive, and safe for everyone. Some workshops are suitable for children, and where this is the case, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising their child at all times unless the workshop is clearly stated as suitable for independent attendance. Our colleagues and instructors are there to guide the activity and support a safe environment, and if any concerns about safety or wellbeing arise during a workshop, these should be raised with a member of staff straight away.

Also inspiration and enthusiasm to use my Cricut more. Casssandra was able to tailor the session to meet individual need and make it very practical. Thank You.

They were very great at answering all my questions on cricut, queries and showing me what I will need for the projects I have :) I learned from the mistakes I made too For this class I enjoyed it was easy and it wasn’t rushed I felt we went at a good pace allowing me to learn and ask what I needed too. • 5/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Jan 2024: The teacher was very friendly and she gave me enough knowledge to start my own projects.
  • 5/5 from Deborah Nixon, attended Jan 2024: Really enjoyed today's one-to-one lesson. We managed to cover so much including cutting different types of vinyl, which products to use on T-Shirts and how to manipulate images. It's really beneficial to do these individual type workshops as you pick up hints and tips from those who regularly use the products. I'm so glad I took this workshop with Hobbycraft, it's put me back on track to getting some much needed practice done.

The aim I had for the session was achieved and I was able to put into practice what I had learnt when I got home. Thank you Would be useful if the store provided suitable seating, this would have made the experience better. I would not have been able to stay for the hour if a stool had not been found. • 5/5 from Anita Keen, attended Aug 2021: Such a friendly tutor. The information was brill answered all my queries and showed me new things to try. She had all the equipment to hand I would highly recommend the work shop to anyone who has cricut machines xx Would also recommend longer times
  • 5/5 from Tracy Smees, attended Aug 2021: The workshop was great & worked around what I needed to know. Cass was really knowledgeable, inspiring, personable & simplified things that I needed help with! She was great with product information too. My only criticism would be, was that the workshop wasn’t long enough. I think it would be helpful to still offer 1hr slots but add 90min slots too. I would definitely participate in themed group sessions ie water bottle labelling. Box labels, picture designs. Coaster designs. Iron-on projects. Please could this be considered?! I will definitely come back for more
  • 5/5 from Josette Deane-Tapping, attended Aug 2021: My teacher was Cassandra Reader in the Aylesbury branch, she was very patient, and showed me what I needed to get started with my cricut joy. I had no knowledge of how to used a cricut, but felt confident to take my cricut out the box and get started after my first lesson with Cassandra. She make it easy with the step by step teaching she gave me this morning. The venue was good and easy to access. It was good valve for money but I believe a bit more time will be more amazing like a 2 or 3hrs slot at a time for beginners and maybe a 1hr for improvers who just need a quick lesson to improve their skills. Thank you to Cassandra again and I look forward to another class with her in the future.
  • 5/5 from Lesley Smith, attended Aug 2021: The teachers was fantastic her name was cassadra showed me lots of thing the circut maker can do used different materials and answered lots of questions
