Baking has been a part of my life since I was 10 years old, when my grandmother first taught me how to make cakes from scratch. It was those early days in the kitchen that sparked a lifelong love for creating delicious treats. Over the years, I've honed my skills, including attending a cake decoration course to perfect my craft. There's something truly special about transforming simple ingredients into edible art, and I find so much joy in sharing that with others.

I love teaching because it allows me to connect with people over a shared passion. Whether it's helping someone master a new technique or watching their excitement as they decorate their first cake, it's rewarding to see others grow in confidence and creativity. My workshops provide a fun, relaxed environment where anyone—whether a beginner or experienced baker—can feel inspired.

One thing people might not realise about baking is just how therapeutic it can be. For me, it's always been a way to express creativity and unwind, and I aim to pass that sense of calm and enjoyment onto my students.
