Hi! I'm Zoe, a qualified Medical Herbalist, Product Formulator and Herbal Educator. I graduated in Herbal Medicine with First Class Honours from the University of Westminster in 2020. I'm addicted to creating my own herbal products and remedies and my mission is to reconnect children and adults to traditional herbal practices through fun, out-of-the-box herbal workshops! My journey starts from a young age as a fussy child, refusing to take medicine because they tasted "funny". This led me to become fascinated with learning and creating natural remedies and beauty products as a teenager, concocting my own herbal hair/skin products. It was on a year long placement in India that I was introduced to the wonders of Herbal Medicine through Ayurveda, an ancient holistic medical system. The realisation that the plants around us have so many medicinal benefits was eye-opening and I immediately searched for degrees to study Herbal Medicine!Throughout my time at university, I continued to experiment and create products using the herbal knowledge I was learning. My dream was to start my own business one day creating and selling my products, whilst running a private herbal medicine practice. I decided to kick start that dream in 2018 (my second year of uni) and founded my company, Naturally Untamed Ltd where I began to sell handmade cosmetic products.My products reached over 10 countries in just 2 years! I developed my own signature products and they've reached multiple countries... but I'll be honest, after a few years I missed the early days when I'd be exploring and experimenting new recipes on a daily basis!I decided to shift my focus on educating others in how to look after their health and how to create their own herbal products. I qualified as a Junior Herbalist Leader in 2022 and facilitate a Junior Herbalist Club for children in East London. In 2023 I officially launched Lotions & Potions By Naturally Untamed™ curating bespoke herbal workshops nationwide for corporate events, bridal showers and wellness days, I developed my signature party packages and facilitate after school clubs in primary schools in London.​ I've also had the privilege to deliver annual herbal workshops at festivals including Camp Wildfire & Camp Kindling and have taught over 2000 children and adults.Educating others has been refreshing, constantly creating new workshops, focusing on different themes and plants. Planting seeds (no pun intended) of curiosity into people's minds is magical. It keeps my creative spark alive and we are raising a new generation of people to reconnect back traditional roots of plant medicine making.I look forward to meeting you!Zoe x
