Natural Dye Bandana Workshop

Dye your own organic cotton bandana with seasonal, local natural dyes

2 hours Class size 1 to 30 guests       £55 (PayPal Pay in 3 available)

Join this relaxed 2-hour dyeing session in Deptford where you’ll experiment with natural colour made from regenerative & waste materials — including restaurant waste, UK-grown regenerative dye plants, and foraged materials gathered locally — to create a unique bandana to take home.
I'll begin by sharing the importance of natural dyes and exactly where our materials come from.
You’ll then choose your base shade made from these locally sourced dyes. From there, you’ll explore simple hands-on ways to personalise your piece using tying, printing, and overdye techniques.
Enjoy the process with a complimentary Crémant or a warming non-alcoholic plant-infused drink made by Cockpit's local vegan café. All materials are provided, so you can settle in, play with colour, and enjoy working with low-impact, locally rooted ingredients.
You’ll leave with new knowledge, taking home your own freshly dyed bandana — a one-of-a-kind accessory shaped by your creativity and the seasons.
Please note: You can take your bandana home with you (still wet!) or pop back to collect it once it’s dry.
What you'll get
A naturally dyed, organic cotton bandana to take home and a glass of fizz included on the night.
