Mug Making Clay Workshop

Learn slab building in this pottery workshop in London and create a mug you'll actually want to use. You'll pick your favourite shape from our templates, then build your mug piece by piece using your hands and our clay tools – there's real satisfaction in watching it come together. Once the structure's done, you'll decorate and personalise it with colours, patterns and touches that make it entirely yours. No pottery experience needed; we'll guide you through the slab-building process every step of the way. It's low-pressure, hands-on and genuinely fun – whether you're here with your closest friends or coming solo to make new connections. All the clay and materials are included, so you can focus entirely on the creative bit.Once you've finished, we take care of the glazing and kiln work – your mug goes through the kiln twice to make sure it's perfectly hardened and ready for life. In 2–3 weeks, you'll have a beautiful, functional piece that holds your tea or coffee and reminds you of the afternoon you made it. That's a keepsake that actually gets used. Please note: your finished mug will need to stay with us for glazing and firing, and will be ready to collect within 2–3 weeks. If you can't collect it, we can post it to a UK address for £10 (international postage will cost more).More Info:
