- 3/5 from Heather Francis-Clarke, attended Jun 2026: The class was a little late starting which was fine but no real communication as to why. We were given a brief introduction about the lamps and then the teacher wandered off. I'm lucky in that I'd previously done the course in Cambridge (twice)so helped my best friend a little and would have helped the others on my table, but they paid for an interactive session which this was not. Everyone had to ask the teacher for guidance rather than her doing a step by step approach. Rabia who runs the Cambridge course had a video explaining the history of mosaics and has lots of examples on display to give you ideas. This class had 2 or 3 one of which was broken. A more hands on approach is needed by the teacher at Kings Cross. Had fun all the same and created a beautiful lamp.
