The teacher, Kes, has done a great job of creating a warm and welcoming environment. This was my first class but others are clearly regulars and were creating the most exquisite and intricate pieces of mosaic art. Very inspirational! I kept it simple and decorated a ceramic heart with tiles. All this took place in the lovely Bee Urban garden with fabulous music in the background along with tea and refreshments. I’ll be booking again for next week’s session!

I asked to hold a private mosaic making workshop for my creative social club and she very quickly helped to arrange a date. The location was so nice and perfect for a hot day in summer. The group really enjoyed how chilled and relaxed the session was. They raved about how lovely and funny Kes was. There were snacks and refreshments when we arrived. She also kindly offered to grout our pieces for us at a good rate. Thank you for a great session! Fun, creative and great value for money.

From the moment we arrived, Kes made us feel welcome and at ease. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and generous with her time, answering all of our questions and guiding us through each step of the process. Her calm and reassuring presence created such a relaxing atmosphere that we both found the workshop genuinely therapeutic. Kes is clearly passionate about her craft, and her enthusiasm is infectious. She encouraged us to be creative while providing just the right amount of support and guidance. We were both amazed by what we achieved and left feeling proud of our finished pieces. This was such a unique and memorable birthday gift, and I would highly recommend Kes's workshop to anyone looking for a creative, enjoyable, and mindful experience. We can't wait to come back!

The teacher was warm and friendly and so helpful with making our mosaics, I really appreciate that we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. They kindly offered refreshments and help for the activity, including how to use the tools and be safe. I loved the experience, the general atmosphere, and engaging conversations. Booking the event was also quite easy. Overall, it was a lovely experience on a nice sunny day and I would definitely recommend to others and hopefully visit again :)

We enjoyed winding down from work with such a relaxing, creative activity al fresco. Kes is an excellent teacher and made us beginners feel so welcome and at ease the entire evening. We will return in a couple weeks to grout for the finishing touches. Highly recommend this activity!

Such a lovely environment and full of crafty inspo and friendly people (both newbies and regulars). There were also really fun projects to work on so things like plant pots, trays and fun shapes like mermaid tails. I made a really cute crab!

We had a wonderful time and were gently lead through the process of picking an item, working with the tiles and glueing. Very easygoing and in the most wonderful outside space, we would go again!

Since Covid I have all attended online craft sessions and this was the first in person class I have done. It reminded me how nice it is to be face to face. I loved seeing the beautiful creations other people were making. Some truly stunning pieces. Mine was basic as it was a first dip of the tie but my plant pot will add some brightness into my kitchen windowsill!

Had a brilliant selection of items to mosaic, as well as a beautiful choice of tiles. She demonstrated how to cut tiles, grout and gave lots of helpful hints. It was such a relaxed but fun session. And we came away with a collection we loved.
