What you'll do

Learn the basic skills of mosaic making when you choose your own project to work on, including how to cut safely using mosaic tools, plan, space & stick your pieces to create something beautiful to take home.

Build your confidence in making mosaics and move on to a larger project of your choice to work on as you immerse yourself in the art of mosaic making.

You can start a project from scratch, or bring your own piece from home to upcycle. Plant pots or ornamental wooden boxes usually work well as a good project. I sometimes find great things in the charity shops.

LITTLE REMINDER: Please note that when each 2hr session is over, the glue used on your mosaic will need to dry for 4 hours before grouting, so you can either return and grout when there is a grouting session, buy grout from Kes to grout it at home.

To access the mosaic workshop at BeeUrban can we ask you to enter through the middle walkway of the park opposite the Post Office ('night-walk'). Walk-through to St Agnes Place turn right and re-enter the Park and walk towards the white building. Alternatively, access via St Agnes Place opposite St Agnes Church through the double gates.There are good transport links from Oval Underground Station (Northern Line), and numerous bus routes including 3, 159, 59, 133, 415, 155, 36 and 185.

I am an artist and run my own business using arts and crafts as a medium for kids to play while they learn. I also run adult mosaic workshops in South London Oval area.

I am passionate and wholehearted about what I do! I always strive to deliver that exceptional service and make sure everyone enjoyed the activities. The other part of my business is to make beautiful bespoke mosaics. I developed my skills at art college when I was younger and mosaics has become the medium I am passionate about now that my children are grown up it's so relaxing.
