Molecular cooking is an incredible fusion of scientific and culinary techniques, bringing the best of classical and modern cooking together. With a cooking kit delivered to your door, you and your guests will use the included ingredients — some familiar, some less so! — to conjure up an unforgettable dish with a real 'wow' factor.

Hosted by one of Hartley's professional chefs, you'll be guided through the ingredients, tools and techniques you'll be using, including creating hot gels, spheres and even get an awe-inspiring demonstration of making a dry-ice sorbet (don't try that one at home!). You'll then use what you've learned to create a signature dish that'll make you feel like a scientist in your own kitchen! Don't worry if you're not a dab hand in the kitchen, as your friendly chef host will be on hand to guide you towards taste sensations you'll never forget. It's a brilliant way to get everyone talking, make wonderful memories together and learn some nifty new cooking skills to impress their friends and family.
