What you'll do
Arrange a wonderful private candle-making workshop for your group, perfect for team-building, corporate events, kids' birthdays, or bridal showers, held at your chosen venue. This creative activity is ideal for beginners, offering you and your guests a hands-on experience where you'll learn how to craft a delightful decorative candle with professional guidance.All the materials needed for your candle-making session are provided and can be delivered directly to your venue. This includes a selection of essential oils and eco-friendly soy wax, which you will use to create a distinctive fragrance for your candle. It's an excellent choice for team-building exercises or a lovely way to spend quality time with family and friends. While London-based events are easily accommodated, arrangements can often be made for workshops outside of London too.At the end of this engaging workshop, each participant will have a pretty candle to light at home.What you will discover:
- Techniques for combining colours and choosing your favourite fragrance
- How to make candles using several types of wax
- Basic candle-making skills, including an overview of the necessary equipment
- An understanding of the characteristics of the wax materials that are utilised in this lesson
- How to use and maintain your candles properly
- Please be advised that heated equipment is used in the candle-making process.
- To participate in the workshop, children (Under 8) must be accompanied by an adult.
- Before attending the workshop, participants are required to fill out a consent form.

The Pretty Hands candle collection was finally released last year, following several months of testing with various waxes, wicks, smells, and colours.Every candle in the collection is made with eco-friendly wax and non-toxic gel wax and is meticulously hand-poured by me. Flat braided cotton wicks are used in each candle to ensure a leisurely burn.I enjoy showcasing my love of candlemaking in my workshops. When I encourage others to make their own candles, I feel genuinely happy and proud.In both group and bespoke one-on-one classes, I have instructed many lovely people. I can walk you through the process whether you want to study for pleasure or because you're serious about launching your own business.
