What you'll do

Join us for an engaging workshop where you will discover the secrets behind creating your own self-sustaining ecosystem in a beautiful glass jar. During this workshop, you will learn the science behind crafting terrariums and get hands-on experience in assembling your very own miniature world filled with greenery and charming decorations like owls and signposts.

Gain insight into the art of terrarium making
Learn about the science behind creating a balanced ecosystem
Create your terrarium using a variety of plants and unique decorative items

Throughout the class, you'll have the opportunity to work with different materials and unleash your creativity as you design and assemble your terrarium. Feel free to ask questions, share ideas, and immerse yourself in this fun and relaxing activity. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a lovely 8.5W x 18H centimetres glass jar containing your own miniature world, ready to brighten up any space in your home.

This was my first ever workshop, and as a shy person, I was hoping to meet new people and maybe make a new friend. I’m not always good at starting conversations, but she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Unfortunately, I was the only person who booked on the day, but I still had such a good time and really enjoyed making my mini terrarium. I’ll definitely be booking another workshop there:)

The session itself was fun and engaging, and I appreciated how hands on it was. The only thing I would recommend is providing clearer directions for parking, as we got a bit lost on the way. It would also be great to have a little more information and fun facts about terrariums themselves, just to add an extra layer of learning to the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic workshop, and I’ll definitely be coming again for another one!

The workshop is not hard even if you have no artistic ability like myself! All materials are provided. The mini terrarium turned out very nice and it’s now sitting on my shelf. The teachers were nice and approachable. My only suggestion would be to get more natural looking decorations for the terrarium.
