Curated and led by chef & teacher, Eva alongside baker & wellness coach Ella, this class is designed to bond with loved ones and embrace the kitchen for better mental wellbeing.
What We’ll Do Together
  • Learn how to make a hearty one-pot roast with Eva - simple, nutritious, and perfect for a Sunday meal.
  • Bake chunky New York-style cookies with Ella - a delicious way to unwind and tap into a little creativity
Don't worry if you're new to cooking or baking - this workshop is for all levels of experience.
By the end of the workshop, you'll have practical tips on mindful eating, self-care through cooking, and finding moments of calm in your kitchen. Your key takeaway will be a newfound sense of peace and creativity to carry with you.

Their own ingredients according to a list that will be sent out a week ahead of the class date. All ingredients will be readily accessible from your local grocery store. If you have any special dietary requirements, all you have to do is reply to the email you receive and we will send you a recipe that's tailored just for you.
