Step away from the noise and into deep rest with this weekly sound bath experience in London. Held every Wednesday evening, this calming session transforms Wellbeing House into a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation, mental clarity, and nervous system reset.
Perfect for all experience levels, this workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to unwind—whether you’re managing stress, improving sleep, or simply taking time to pause and recharge.
What to expect:
  • Immerse yourself in sound therapy using gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes.
  • Optional breathwork, meditation, or gentle movement to help you settle in.
  • Experience deep relaxation as your mind shifts into restorative states.
  • Opportunity for reflection with an optional oracle or therapeutic card pull.
  • A quiet, calming space to lie down, rest, and fully switch off.
