Melt Chocolates was founded in 2005 by Louise Nason, guided by a simple principle: the pursuit of health and happiness for her family and community. The name "Melt" came to her at the River Café in London, capturing how chocolate should dissolve silkily at body temperature, releasing over 400 complex flavour notes.Louise's ethos has always been: get the best raw ingredients, never compromise, and ensure everything is fresh. Today, that same philosophy is carried forward by Melt's top chocolatiers, who are now dedicated to teaching others what truly good chocolate should taste like, and how to make it.
