Join us for a deeply restorative meditation class that engages all your senses to guide you into a state of calm, clarity, and balance. Each session is a unique experience, blending different types of breathwork rooted in yoga, soothing sound elements, aromatherapy, and a gentle head and neck massage to enhance relaxation.
Our meditation classes change weekly, introducing new techniques, breathwork styles, and visualisation practices connected to meaningful themes. This variety keeps the experience fresh and allows you to explore different ways to relax, sharpen your focus, and build a practise that truly works for you. At times, we also share special message cards that always seem to find the right person at the right moment, delivering exactly the message they need to hear.
This class is open to all, including kids, making it a wonderful opportunity for families to explore mindfulness together.

What you'll get
All attendees will be provided with a yoga mat, blocks, and a cozy yoga blanket to enhance your session.
Knowledge required
Beginner-friendly and no experience needed—just show up, breathe, and give yourself the time to relax and reset.
What to bring
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing to fully enjoy your session.

Sara is a multidisciplinary artist and certified yoga teacher, with a strong foundation in gymnastics and contemporary dance. Since 2008, she has been exploring the interplay between yoga and art, where each discipline continuously influences and enriches the other. Sara began her dedicated yoga practice in 2018, and in 2024, she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Qualification through MoreYoga in London, under the guidance of Joshua LeClair and Erika Shapiro. She currently teaches private sessions as well as group classes at MoreYoga, bringing a unique, creative, and movement-based approach to her teaching.
Sara teaches dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes, offering modifications to accommodate all levels ofexperience. She guides students on a playful but serious journey to themselves, combining the physicalintensity of a workout with the mental and emotional elevation of yoga, ultimately helping her studentsunlock their full potential — both in body and mind. As a dedicated space holder, she creates a supportive and grounding environment where students feel safe to explore, grow, and deepen their practice.
