My name is Helen, I am a qualified and experienced teacher, Mandala Art Maker.

My journey of self-discovery led me to create Mandala Art Making drawing templates and offer fun creative workshops, allowing beginners and experienced makers to engage in the process of creating mindful Mandalas.

After traveling Asia for two years, I realised that the path to self-realisation lay within. Reconnecting with meditation sparked an urge for creativity, leading me to delve into basic drawing techniques and the profound world of Mandalas. I immersed myself in creating Mandalas, recognising their power to provide inner peace. This experience led to the birth of Mandala Minds, a combination of Mandalas, creativity, and mindfulness.
