Hi Lada, it was nice to meet you with your friend today. I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I have been doing workshops for a year now and I have never had a bad review before. As you can see from the pictures I have always used the same type of flowers and quantity and your bouquets didn’t look any different from all the rest. Sorry, I could not provide unlimited flowers and choices for flowers. I think for the price of £45 this workshop is pretty good value for the money and that's why I have so many good reviews. I'm sure If you buy a flower arrangement workshop for £120 or more you will have more colours and options for flowers. Today there were more flowers provided than you needed to create a bouquet but you refused to use them because you didn’t like them and some of the flowers were left in the buckets. I'm sorry about that. I offered two more different types of flowers additional (carnations and lilies ) which you refused to use it too. You refused to use the filler flowers ( limonium ) too. I’m so sorry your expectations were different. All the best!
