You'll start by crafting a perfect four-egg sfoglia, learning the precise techniques required to achieve the ideal texture. From there, you'll prepare a rich, traditional filling featuring premium ingredients:
  • Mortadella Bologna IGP
  • Prosciutto di Parma
  • Parmigiano Reggiano
  • A delicate balance of nutmeg
Your teacher will show you exactly how to fold each piece of pasta into the iconic 'knot' shape, ensuring every tortellino looks as good as it tastes. It’s a low-pressure environment where you can focus on the rhythmic, hands-on fun of pasta making while picking up professional tips you can use in your own kitchen.
By the end of the session, you'll have gained the confidence to recreate these classic flavours at home. You'll leave with a newfound appreciation for traditional methods and a batch of handmade pasta that serves as a delicious testament to your new skills.
