Make Pasta and Rustic Italian Dishes at Home

We will send you a shopping and preparation list and you can cook along with Chef Mel from your kitchen. 

Chef Mel will be able to answer all your questions and help you in real-time in your own kitchen making this the perfect experience with other enthusiastic house-bound foodies from around the world. The whole household is welcome to join (one booking per household). You will have ample opportunity to ask questions, share your triumphs or request additional assistance during the session.

• Signature black and rosemary focaccia served with truffle olive oil and fig balsamic

• Potato and porcini gnocchi with truffled porcini cream sauce, with a flash of famous roast capsicum puree
  
• Double vanilla and berry panna cotta and double vanilla gelato (you will get a free pass to an online panna cotta cooking demonstration and then add this to the skills you learn during your online session!)
