What to bring
For the pasta (sfoglia):
  • 100g flour (00 or plain).
  • 1 large egg.
For the filling:
  • 250g fresh ricotta cheese (drained).
  • 200g fresh mushrooms (porcini or champignon).
  • 1 garlic clove.
  • Fresh parsley.
  • Salt and black pepper.
For the sauce:
  • 250g sweet cherry tomatoes (red or yellow).
  • Extra virgin olive oil.
  • Fresh basil.
To finish:
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
