Don't own a sewing machine? Then you're welcome to use one at the studio.
If you’re a beginner or feel a little nervous about sewing, you’re very welcome here. The class is designed to alleviate any fears around using a sewing machine, with clear, step-by-step guidance from an expert tutor who’ll support you throughout and make sure you feel comfortable at every stage.
What to expect:
  • Getting to know your sewing machine, including basic setup.
  • Learning essential sewing skills and simple stitching techniques.
  • Working with beginner-friendly cotton fabric.
  • Exploring different stitches and techniques as you sew.
  • Creating a finished mini cushion cover to take home!
  • Friendly, patient guidance throughout the session.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a handmade piece to treasure, new sewing skills, and the confidence to keep creating on your own -- plus a much happier relationship with your sewing machine.

Your sewing machine must be in good working order. Feel free to get in touch in advance to share the make and model of your machine if you’re unsure.
