Your friendly teacher will guide you through every step: rolling and shaping clay slabs, constructing your pieces, and adding simple details and textures that give your bathroom set real character. It's hands-on, low-pressure, and genuinely satisfying – watching flat clay transform into functional art right before your eyes.Once your pieces have taken shape, you'll get creative decorating them. Choose from a selection of colourful underglazes and decorating slips to make them entirely your own. Keep things simple and minimalist, explore earthy tones and subtle textures, or add your own patterns and personality. There's no right or wrong way – just the freedom to create something that feels authentically yours.Whether you're coming solo, bringing a friend for a relaxing afternoon together, celebrating a birthday, or gathering with your people for a hen party or creative retreat, this workshop brings everyone together over the joy of making something beautiful.When your bathroom set comes back from firing, you'll have a one-of-a-kind piece that sits proudly on your shelf, adding warmth and personality to your everyday routine. No previous pottery experience needed – just show up ready to get your hands a little clayey and discover what you can make.Please note:

• This is a mobile studio experience, so we bring the pottery workshop to you. Our pricing is fully inclusive of studio setup, equipment transport, and the dual-firing process for your finished ceramics within 20 miles of Wallington. For large corporate bookings or custom distances, click 'Request' for a tailored private quote.
• One two-piece bathroom set per person is included – due to the complexity of this project, only one set can be made per workshop session.
• As this is a mobile workshop, the host will need to provide a suitable space – enough room for each participant to sit comfortably and work, plus space for the teacher to demonstrate.
• The teacher will arrive in good time and be ready to start promptly. Please ensure the venue is accessible and the space is clear at least 20 minutes before the workshop begins, ready for set-up.
• Clay can get a little messy, so hard flooring is recommended. If your space has carpet or other flooring that could be damaged, please make sure it's protected before the workshop starts.

• All equipment and materials are provided – just show up ready to create.
• After the workshop, your pottery will be fired twice: first to harden it, then glazed and fired again to finish. Allow up to 4 weeks for your pieces to be ready.
• Collection and delivery: You'll be notified when your pieces are ready. Collect from our designated point at no extra charge, or we can post them to you via tracked mail for an additional delivery fee.
• A note about ceramics: Your pieces are made from natural materials, and the firing process can be unpredictable. Pieces may occasionally crack, warp, or show colour variations from the samples. Pieces unsuitable for food use due to construction issues aren't eligible for a refund. If your piece is damaged during firing or transport, a £5 refund per piece will be offered. The class fee itself is non-refundable.
