For me it all started in lockdown!
I was bored, sitting in my garden under my apple tree. Looking at the juicy apples, I thought I could make some lovely apple juice, which I did. Then I thought I could let it ferment and turn it into cider, which I did. Then I thought why not try and make some apple brandy (calvados)! So I got online, bought a copper still from Serbia (which arrived in post a few days later) watched the entire series of Moonshiners and did a bit more experimenting and made my first Brandy.
The rest is history.
Maison Miles was born.
Now I am :
AN ALCHEMISTS, DISTILLERS, COMPOUNDERS & SPIRITMAKERS
We handcraft Single Estate Spirits in small batches.
We transform, we compound, we distill and we age.
Everything we do is traditional and simple...
We are true Spirit Makers, using different traditional methods we transform some Spirts and other we make from scratch.
We have created a barrel-aged Negroni & Tegroni, a Whisky, Vodka, 3 different Rums and of course a classic Gin and a Coffee Liqueur.
We pride ourselves on crafting quality products from earth to bottle, using very traditional working methods, we distil in small copper stills, to get maximum flavour from our ingredients.

Everything we do is handcrafted, and made in small batches. Each bottle is hand-numbered and signed
