I’ve always been passionate about food, but it was living in France and Brussels that truly ignited my love affair with cheese. Being surrounded by such strong food cultures opened my eyes to cheese not just as something delicious, but as a product of place, people, history, and craft. From that moment on, I was hooked.

Teaching feels completely natural to me. Alongside my work in cheese, I’m also a part-time French teacher and have spent years teaching in both secondary and primary schools. I love sharing knowledge in a way that feels relaxed, inclusive, and genuinely enjoyable. Cheese gives me the perfect outlet to combine storytelling, education, and hospitality - whether that’s talking about farms I’ve visited, cheesemakers I admire, traditional methods, or how to build thoughtful, exciting pairings.

I host cheese and wine pairing events across South East London, and no two sessions are ever the same. I love creating themes — from celebrating Irish cheese for St Patrick’s Day, to exploring single milk types like goat or sheep, or rethinking what really pairs well with cheese beyond the classic chutney. My workshops are interactive, welcoming, and designed so everyone feels comfortable asking questions and getting involved.

With over 10 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, I’ve worked alongside chefs and fellow cheese obsessives, and now specialise fully in cheese education and events. I’ve run workshops at the National Geographic Traveller Food Festival, hosted parent-and-baby sessions, hen parties, birthday dinners, and private events in homes and venues of all sizes.

I’m currently studying Level 2 with the Academy of Cheese (one of only three levels), and was a finalist at the Young Cheesemonger of the Year Awards in Norway in 2023. I’ve also contributed to Good Cheese Magazine as part of a judging panel alongside leading figures in the cheese world.

Quite simply - I live and breathe cheese, and I love sharing it with others.
