  • 5/5 from Grace Osoba, attended Sep 2026: Excellent teacher, extremely knowledgeable, patient and encourages the students. I finished making a passport holder which l am proud of and, l plan using for my trips Abroad. I would definitely go back for other courses. I gained a lot of new skills. My next course would be the shoe making course. He runs several courses. Good value for money.
  • 5/5 from Dean Bodenham, attended Aug 2026: Amazing workshop! Naoum is the perfect teacher: knowledgeable and passionate about his craft, and kind and patient with his students. I was a complete beginner at leatherwork, and am not the best at arts and crafts, but each step was first clearly demonstrated and explained before I proceeded on my own. At the end, I was delighted with my passport holder! What I really appreciated is how we started right from the beginning, choosing the leather (everything is provided), cutting the pieces, putting them together, and finally adding a few discreet finishing touches that I would never have thought about, but elevate the quality of the item. I enjoyed it so much, I plan to join another of his workshops to learn how to make a belt. Naoum is also an incredible host, offering tea, coffee and delicious snacks throughout the workshop and making me feel welcome in his home. He is a truly wonderful person, and I highly recommend any of his workshops.
  • 5/5 from Andrea Ortiz, attended Jul 2026: Fantastic workshop, Naoum is a great teacher and host. There was so much choice for the leathers and they were all high quality. We had plenty of time to choose and customise everything about our project and Naoum was very patient. He’s an excellent host, we even got some nice drinks and snacks throughout the session. I love my passport holder, thanks!
  • 5/5 from Luke Norton, attended May 2026: Had a lovely class with Naoum - super attentive and helpful! Really enjoyed myself - a great introduction to leather working
  • 5/5 from Aviana Yu, attended Jan 2026: Naoum is a fantastic teacher. His instructions are very clear, and he’s incredibly detail-minded when explaining how to use each tool properly. He really understands the challenges of handcrafted leatherwork and has a great way of breaking things down to make the process feel simple and achievable. I truly enjoyed his class and felt well supported throughout. I would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to try making a handmade leather product.
  • 5/5 from Rafah El-Khatib, attended Jan 2026: This workshop was amazing in so many ways! I went with no prep, no materials, and came out of this workshop with a gorgeous, personalised, handmade (self-made!) passport holder. There were so many leather colours to choose from and I love what I ended up making. Naoum was the best instructor - he explains things so clearly and simply, is always around to guide you further if you need it, and showered us with endless supplies of fruits, cake, sandwiches, and drinks of all kinds (coffee, tea, and even wine!). I'll definitely be coming back to make something else. Thanks so much for my beautiful item!
  • 5/5 from Chee Yen Wang, attended Dec 2025: Highly recommend. This was super fun, and Naoum was so helpful and patient with us. He explained the difference between leather manufacturing as well and it was very interesting to hear. He really went above and beyond to look after us, offering us drinks and snacks. He was very welcoming, and the passport holder I made in the end was very nice!
  • 5/5 from Hazel Chan, attended Sep 2025: I really enjoyed the class and Naoum was professional, super kind and patient. He taught me every step of making a passport holder and told me all the small details which need to be aware of in order to make it perfectly. And I really liked the passport holder that I made.
  • 5/5 from Mario Achkar, attended Mar 2025: First time doing leather work was an amazing experience. I'm not generally great at working with tools but the class was very well organized and Naoum is always ready to help. I think everyone should try making their own leather items as it's a really fun experience. I was able to also personalize the passport holder by writing what I wanted on it which is something I really loved.
  • 5/5 from Serhiy Bosyy, attended Mar 2025: I really enjoyed the leather masterclass! It was fun and easy to follow. I learned how to make a passport cover, and it turned out great. The teacher was very nice and helpful, always ready to support. The class had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, which made learning even better. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try something new!
  • 5/5 from Shu Ming Goh, attended Feb 2025: Fantastic lesson with Naoum! Friendly and patient. The passport holder we made was AMAZING! Definitely recommended.

Hi there! I’m Naoum, and I’m so excited to share the joy of leather crafting with you.
I first picked up leatherworking during the Covid lockdown, and it didn’t take long before I was hooked. Back home in Aleppo, I was always into crafts, especially through my scout group, and teaching others how to make things brought me so much happiness. When I moved to London, I wanted to recreate that magic, and leather crafting was the perfect fit for a small space and big creativity.
In my workshops, you’ll make your own one-of-a-kind leather item. I’ll provide everything, tools, materials, and guidance, and you’ll get to add your own personal touches, like embossing. Whether it’s your first time crafting or you’re already handy, we’ll have a great time creating together.
Let’s make something beautiful and have some fun while we’re at it!
