With expert guidance from Mandy Nolan, 'The Cheese Queen', you'll learn the basics of the cheesemaking process, from milk to curd, giving you the knowledge, skills and confidence to make your own cheese whenever you want. By the end of this cheese course, you will be fully equipped to make camembert, brie, feta, quark, mascarpone and labneh, as well as Greek-style yoghurt.
