During this online cooking class, you'll learn more than just the steps, you'll also get the stories and secrets behind this heritage recipe.
Your friendly teacher, Zal, inherited cooking by virtue of being the eldest among 10 siblings (4 brothers, and 6 sisters). Everyone in the neighbourhood knew what an excellent cook Zal’s mum was. Neighbours ordered from her and people in the nearby factory would even ring and order food. Sometimes she even cooked for people's weddings! At this one-of-kind virtual cooking class, you'll gain an insight into some of Zal's top-secret family tips and tricks for flavourful and moreish cooking.
No need to be a pro-chef, all you need to do is follow along at home and enjoy the fun and friendly atmosphere of this unique virtual class.
