Blessone’s Kitchen is a family-owned business based in Sheffield that specialises in sharing the joys and flavours of West African and Caribbean cuisine.
Led by Paulina Mahinteh Hilda Francis, Blessone’s Kitchen has been providing colourful and flavoursome African and Caribbean dishes to the communities of Sheffield and beyond for a number of years.
This family business has provided services for the likes of Sir Elton John and Watford FC, and Paulina is one of the winners of ITV’s Chopping Block, as well as a host for BBC Radio Sheffield’s cooking show! In 2020, Paulina won the Kathleen Roberts Award for Grit at the Inspirational Women of Sheffield Awards.
Blessone’s Kitchen prepares food and caters with love. No recipe or ingredient is a substitute.
