During this fun and cultural online cooking class, you will learn how to make Aicha's family famous dish. This spectacular blend of flavours and textures is a generational recipe you won't be able to find anywhere on Google – so come along and try this exclusive recipe for yourself!
Throughout this cooking class, you will learn not only the step-by-step process to making this delightful dish but also the stories and moments behind the recipe.
Your host, Aicha, was born and raised in a small town called Ben Slimane, between Rabat and Casablanca, Morocco. Her mum worked incredibly hard and food was her way of showing love. This is something Aicha carries with her when cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
By the end of this fun and friendly virtual cooking class, you will not only have a delicious meal to enjoy but also some authentic Moroccon culinary tips and tricks for future dishes!

What to bring
- 1 kg chicken (thighs or cut into pieces - or 500g tofu).
- 2 x onions.
- 3 x cloves garlic.
- 1.5 tbsp chopped coriander.
- 1.5 tbsp chopped parsley.
- 1/2 tsp saffron (soaked in cup of warm water - can replace with turmeric and cumin).
- 4 tbsp olive oil.
- Juice of 1/2 lemon.
- 1/2 tsp paprika.
- 1/2 tsp pepper.
- 1 tsp ginger powder (can use fresh ginger).
- 1/2 tsp turmeric.
- Salt to taste.
- Preserved lemon (can use fresh lemons).
- 1/2 cup of green olives.
- 2 x big potatoes.
