Hello, I'm Lea, a Korean artist based in London and the founder of Leasanbang. I discovered Minhwa, traditional Korean folk painting, during the pandemic, when missing home led me to pick up a brush. It quickly became my way of feeling close to Korea, and I fell in love with its joyful colours and wishes for luck and happiness.With a background in textile design, I started running workshops in 2025 to share what I love with others. I host sessions at my studio in Elephant & Castle, as well as at Market Root and the Jung Festival. No experience needed. Just come and paint with me :))
