You'll learn the secrets to making three different types of perfectly crispy fried chicken – using tender, thighs, and wings – along with two beautifully balanced homemade glazing sauces: garlic-honey-butter glaze and gochujang yangnyum glaze. No more soggy, greasy takeaway – just restaurant-quality fried chicken you can confidently make at home.
As the perfect pairing, you'll also learn to make spicy tteokbokki – those chewy rice cakes simmered in a sweet, spicy gochujang sauce that's one of Korea's most beloved street foods. Bini will show you how to make the sauce from scratch and adjust the heat and depth to exactly your taste, so you'll never rely on low-quality packaged versions again.
Throughout the class, you'll work hands-on with all the ingredients and techniques, discovering how small adjustments create big flavour differences.
