Founded in 2022, Knitward is a school of machine-knitted textiles based in London’s King’s Cross. We offer a range of courses and workshops in machine knitting for both beginners and intermediate students, providing a welcoming space to explore creative techniques and develop practical skills.

Beyond teaching, Knitward also offers knitwear sampling, product development, and bespoke knit commissions, supporting designers and brands in bringing their textile ideas to life.

Knitward was founded by a knitwear designer who has collaborated with catwalk designers and fashion week exhibitors, bringing industry insight and technical expertise into every class and project.
