What you'll do
If you've tried your hand at knitting before but didn't get very far, this is the class for you!
To begin this fun and friendly knitting workshop, your friendly teacher will remind you of the basics such as casting on and off. After that, it will be time to learn the purl stitch.
First, your teacher will help you to master the movement necessary to achieve this new stitch before showing you how to mix it with the knit stitch to make different stitch patterns (rib and moss stitch).
At the end of this knitting class, you will leave with enough yarn to make a headband along with a pattern (and needles) – all ready to continue on your knitting journey!
Knowledge required
Some experience is required – Maybe you knit as a child, or you have tried to knit at home but didn't get very far!
