Hello, my name is Karla. I am a trained chef and a private caterer. I have been a chef for almost 30 years. I have always enjoyed cooking as a child and fell into catering when I was about to head off to secondary school. I am an established chef working in the education sector and have set up my own low-calorie cake brand a while ago, as well as private dinner events. I am now providing cooking classes for children, young adults, and other classes. I am passionate about what I do and will continue to evolve and enjoy what I am doing.
