If you want to jump into the world of journaling but need some inspiration or motivation, this is the class for you! It's a creative indoor activity that will light up your day.
Your teacher, Julie, will cover different ways to approach a writing habit and which ones might work for you. You will explore gratitude journaling, morning pages and more by trying them out and working on a few exercises.
The online class is a welcoming and supportive environment with a small group that enhances interaction and personal attention from your teacher.
This online class can get you started on a useful daily practise that is calming and a great way to destress. Journaling is a really productive thing to do at home that promotes mindfulness and focus in your life. It can help you reflect on your thoughts and feeling and has all sorts of beneficial effects on your well-being.
After your online workshop is over, you will receive a PDF guide with some journaling prompts you can try. This is a great way to keep up your journal even after the class is over.
