In this interactive and fun online class, you'll master the two-stage process to create a dough using your sourdough starter, then rise and bake your loaf.
You'll also create your own successful sourdough starter following daily videos in the days before the class, plus learn how to maintain and store your starter during the class.
You’ll learn:
  • How to create, feed and store your own sourdough starter without it taking up lots of your time
  • The test you need to do to check that your sourdough starter is ready to use
  • The traditional two-stage method for creating a sourdough dough – that can fit around your life
  • Where to rise your sourdough loaf – and how long for

To ensure you can recreate your own sourdough loaves at home whenever you like, you'll receive both a recording of the key steps to make both a starter and your loaf, plus a detailed recipe with a comprehensive list of ingredients and equipment.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need at least 4 days to create your own sourdough starter. You are welcome to join the live class and watch along if you book less than four days before the class. You will still receive the recording to bake along with again later.

What to bring
In the week before the class, you'll receive access to a step-by-step video course on how to make your own successful sourdough starter. You'll need a bubbly, active starter if you wish to bake along live with the class. You can still join the class to watch along if you haven't yet created your sourdough starter.
You’ll also receive a detailed recipe to bake along with, including a list of the simple ingredients and equipment that you’ll need to bake baguettes.
