Slow down and spend a nourishing morning where sound becomes colour in Innerscapes, a sound healing and intuitive painting workshop brought together by SoulMeets and artist Wiktoria Figurska. It's an intimate, low-pressure space to listen inward, then let paint give shape to whatever you discover.
As you slow down and tune in, you might find a colour, feeling or movement you'd like to follow. Art has a lovely way of expressing what's hard to put into words, offering a glimpse of your inner landscape and what might be asking for your attention.
Your morning begins with an immersive hour-long sound healing session, led with crystal bowls, the gong and other harmonising instruments. As you relax and receive, you're invited to notice any sensations, images or colours that come up, without needing to hold onto them.
Afterwards, Wiktoria will guide you into an hour of intuitive painting. Drawing on her own practice of painting through feeling and present-moment awareness, she'll encourage you to choose colours, marks and movements by instinct, setting judgement aside as much as you can. You'll have space to explore what the sound stirred in you and create a painting that's entirely your own.
This experience is for you if you:
  • Want space to slow down and reconnect with yourself
  • Are curious about where sound healing and art meet
  • Would like to create without pressure or expectation
  • Fancy a morning of creativity, connection and meeting like-minded people
You'll leave with a one-of-a-kind painting that captures a moment of stillness, along with a calmer mind and a fresh sense of what's unfolding within you.
Please note: wear comfortable clothing you won't mind painting in, and avoid eating a heavy meal in the two hours before the event. If you're pregnant or have a pacemaker, a heart condition or sound-induced epilepsy, please consult your doctor before attending.

My journey into sound healing began through a deep curiosity about how sound, breath and ritual can shift our emotional and physical state. I’ve always been drawn to creating spaces that bring people together in meaningful ways - whether through creativity, wellness or shared experiences.
After training as a sound healing practitioner, I began hosting intimate sessions in London which gradually grew into SoulMeets, a platform I founded for immersive wellness experiences that blend sound healing with creative themes and rituals. Our gatherings weave together elements such as Reiki, flower therapy, tea ceremonies, Rumi poetry, Ayurveda and even playful concepts like sound healing with kittens, creating experiences that feel both restorative and memorable.
What I love most is seeing how people arrive expecting relaxation but leave feeling emotionally moved, creatively inspired, and more connected - to themselves and to each other. This is why I love designing sound bath experiences not just for personal wellbeing, but also for special occasions like birthdays, celebrations and group gatherings that people will remember long after the event ends
