What you'll do

If you’re looking for new ways to keep your workmates engaged and entertained at home, have a look at this online Indian cookery class. Led over Zoom by a professional chef, you and your group will cook along at home as you learn the ins and outs of this diverse and delicious cuisine.

Beginning with an engaging, informative talk on the huge variety of spices in India and their place in the culinary culture, you’ll move on to hands-on learning using the cooking kit you’ve received in the post. This interactive section will see you learning some handy knife skills, all about marinades, masalas and how to perfectly cook the all-important rice every single time. Tackling the iconic Indian street food dish of butter chicken curry, along with sides, you’ll pick up a whole host of useful kitchen skills you can use day after day at home.

Cooking together is a fantastic way to form bonds between your teammates, learn something new and have some fun with food. Don’t worry if you don’t have any kitchen experience between you, as your knowledgeable host will be on hand with tips, advice and help to make sure everyone ends up with a feast to enjoy!
