What you'll do
In India, chai is never just a drink. It's the pause in the day, the excuse to sit together, the thing offered to every guest. In this warm, hands-on workshop you'll discover the traditions behind authentic masala chai and brew a proper pot yourself. You'll blend aromatic spices and learn how different proportions create completely different cups, then brew and taste your chai the traditional way. Your facilitator shares the culture around the cup as you go.No experience needed. Everyone enjoys a freshly brewed cup and leaves with the confidence to recreate it at home.A good fit for Diwali, South Asian Heritage Month, wellbeing days and client entertaining. We come to your venue.Photos shown are illustrative examples, not from our sessions.
What you'll get
Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of chai and a signature spice blend to take home.
