Hi, I'm Sandra Ventura, a Q Grader, coffee educator, consultant, and competition coach based in London.

With over 15 years of experience in specialty coffee, I help coffee lovers and professionals discover coffee through sensory experiences, brewing, roasting, and quality evaluation.

As Managing Director of The Independent Coffee Lab, I work with producers, roasters, cafés, and coffee professionals from around the world. My experience includes judging international competitions, coaching competitors, consulting on quality control, and delivering professional coffee education.
