What you'll do
We’re thrilled to invite you to join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure blending nature, creativity, and connection in collaboration with GorpGirls. Perfect for a friend's day out or date! Our upcoming wild food foraging experiences in London are designed to foster collaboration, spark inspiration, and create delicious memories. You don't need any foraging experience to join -- you'll be guided through the process by experts as you learn about different plants, herbs and how to work with them. What to expect:
- Head out with Fergus in Hackney Marshes and identify different seasonal wild plants and herbs.
- As we gather plants relevant to delicious Nepalese Momos, we will each gather a unique combination.
- We will then, with Fergus’ guidance, be able to customise our dishes with a range of herbs, and even some fungi perhaps.
- As we enjoy our meal, we will have opportunities for you to ask any foraging questions you have for Fergus, and for Tevin and his unique Herbivore creations.
