It's a low-pressure environment where you can simply enjoy the process of making.During the workshop, you'll work in the unique Firepit studio space with guidance from Jenny, the founder of Jenny Art and Yoga. The session begins with practising the technique on paper before moving on to decorating your chosen object. Painting mandalas is a relaxing practice that helps you stay present in the moment, offering both creative satisfaction and a chance to switch off. All materials for the workshop are provided, so you can just show up and focus entirely on your work.By the end of this enjoyable evening of painting in London, you'll have a beautiful mandala-decorated keepsake to take home. I'm Jenny, founder of Jenny Art and Yoga, and I run creative art workshops for individuals and teams who want to slow down, disconnect from their screens, and make something with their hands.My workshops are built around mandala dotting art, a technique that uses repetitive patterns and colour to create beautiful, intricate designs on objects like mugs, notebooks, and plant pots. No artistic experience is needed. The process is simple to pick up, deeply absorbing, and genuinely fun.During a difficult period in my life, I found myself turning to this practice, and I discovered how powerful it is to focus completely on something creative for an hour. It shifts your headspace in a way that very little else does.I now work with corporate teams, co-working spaces, and organisations who want a hands-on, sociable activity that also gives people a real chance to switch off.
