This unique hat-making class is an ideal bonding activity in London for mum and daughter or for two friends looking to do something a little bit different together. Laugh, chat and catch up over creating a stunning fascinator that's sure to turn heads.

Eye-catching fabrics and a range of beautiful trimmings will be provided so that you can enjoy unleashing your creativity on your trendy creation. Don't worry if you've never tried your hand and hat making before, your experienced teacher will be there to impart her years of wisdom as well as letting you in on some handy top tips and tricks!

After the class has ended, you can both step out onto the streets of London dressed up in your handcrafted headgear — what's not to love?

Katherine began her career in millinery under the talented eye of Stephen Jones, creating pieces for the Dior runway shows and the John Galliano boutique in Paris. After working with Catherine Delaney in theatre and film, Katherine set up her own Millinery House which is based in OXO Tower.

In 2012, Katherine won the London Lifestyle Award for Best London Fashion Retailer. Katherine has also appeared on the BBC coverage of Royal Ascot where she was tasked with making a hat live on air! Another 2012 TV appearance saw Katherine on ITV's Alan Titchmarsh show discussing our Mad Hatter Afternoon Tea Parties!

Amongst Katherine's other accolades, she was part of the 2011 Walpole Crafted Scheme for the highest-achieving craft professionals of their respective fields. In addition, Katherine won the 'Accessories Designer Award' by Profile, resulting in her designing a collection for the Hobbs King's Road Store.
