I'm Violaine, a ceramic artist working from my studio in Haggerston, East London. I discovered my love for working with clay in 2018, after attending a few hand building and throwing classes, and a few years later left my career as a Design and Art Director to pursue my adventures in ceramics full-time.I'm constantly exploring new techniques, recently focusing on the sgraffito surface pattern design technique, and pushing my skills to throw ever bigger vessels on the wheel.With five years of teaching experience at a renowned London pottery studio, I invite beginner and intermediate potters to join me in my lovely artists' studio, where I offer a supportive environment to learn and create.
