First comes the Bat Bite, a long, fruity drink of white rum, raspberry liqueur, cranberry, and fresh lime, served tall over ice and glowing a deep blood red. Then you'll make the Black Daiquiri, shaken with dark rum, lime, pink grapefruit, and rich sugar syrup, fine-strained into a chilled coupe. The name comes from the rum rather than the colour, and it settles into a deep amber that catches the light beautifully.Your experienced facilitator will take you through the bar skills behind them, covering how to balance sweet against sour, how to shake and strain properly, and why the right glass changes the whole drink. You'll play with autumn flavours and finish each one with a suitably dramatic garnish.A group-wide alcohol-free version of the class is available, so nobody has to sit this one out.No previous experience needed.
